Nick Cannon just put his feelings on the line and talked about how he supports his blended family financially.
During an interview on Jason Lee’s podcast, the Daily Cannon host weighed in on everything.
When the interviewer asked him how he “protects assets” while co-parenting with more than one woman, the subject of his financial commitment to his 12 children came up.
Cannon said, “I don’t care about that stuff,” in response. “I believe true currency is your energy. I wish I could make a contract,” that stipulates “’You cannot take this much of my energy when you leave’.”
“Money comes and goes,” so “I always tell people, ‘Money don’t make you happy. Happy makes you money’. So I’ll always be good, and every dollar I make will go to my family.”
Cannon said, “I’m not in the government-run child support system,” which means he doesn’t have to pay child support for the 12 children he has with different women.
Before concluding, he said, “My money is their money, and their money is my money.” “They can have anything they want and ask for. My account is their account, and it has a lot of money in it, so we won’t run out.”
On Saturday (May 20), the Drumline star shared on his Instagram stories that he had bought a Lamborghini truck for Bre Tiesi. The gift, which was wrapped with balloons and a bow, made her look very happy.
Some of the things people said about Cannon’s expensive gift, on the other hand, were not very nice.
One user joked, “You’re going to need to buy nine more, my brother,” referring to his other baby mamas. But Cannon only has six, not nine, so far.
Someone else told Cannon, “You should have gotten her a gift card. Now he has to be consistent everywhere, or that child support WILL become a thing.”
Another person thought that Nick Cannon used the Lamborghini as a cover for his philandering ways. “But have yall seen her on Selling Sunset? I’m pretty sure they all think he’s THEIR MAN. Even though she was surprised by the baby that came after hers, she still calls him “her man.” They wrote, “Insanity.”
Nick Cannon seems to have to work extra hours to keep up with all of the financial needs of his big and growing family. In a recent interview with the Los Angeles Times, the host of “The Masked Singer” said that he gets more than $100 million a year to pay for all of his kids and their mothers.
Cannon also said that he is aware of the memes and criticisms that have been made about him and his growing family, and that he is always correcting the idea that he can’t take care of all of his children.
For those who don’t know Cannon’s family tree, he has twins, Moroccan and Monroe, who are 12 years old, with his ex-wife Mariah Carey. He also has twin boys, Zion and Zillion, who are 23 months old, and a daughter, Beautiful Zeppelin, who is 6 months old, with Abby De La Rosa.
He is also the father of Rise Messiah, 6 months old, Golden Sagon, who is 6 years old, and Powerful Queen, who is 2 years old.
Also, he has a 10-month-old son named Legendary Love with Bre Tiesi of Selling Sunset.
As well as Onyx Ice, 8 months, with the former Price Is Right model LaNisha Cole, and Halo Marie, 5 months, with Alyssa Scott.
