Taylor Swift Lets Out Epic Laugh While Performing Song Rumored to Be About Kanye West

Taylor Swift, the chart-topping sensation known for her heartfelt lyrics and captivating performances, has never shied away from expressing her emotions through her music.

Just two weeks after Taylor Swift released Speak Now (Taylor’s Version), fans are already asking for another re-recording because of an especially spectacular rendition of one of her most well-known Reputation revenge tracks.

Swift performed three gigs in Seattle, Washington, over the course of the weekend. On Saturday, she surprised the audience by performing “This Is Why We Can’t Have Nice Things” as one of her surprise songs. The vicious anthem, which was included on her album from 2017, is thought to be about her feud with Kanye West.

Swift roared with laughter when she sang the lyric “‘Cause forgiveness is a nice thing to do,” pausing briefly to gather herself before continuing, “I can’t even say it with a straight face.” Although Swift’s original recording of the song contains both the laugh and the line, the sincerity of her real-life laugh at Lumen Field and on social media enthralled audiences.

One commenter stated, “Her cackle is EVERYTHING.” One person exclaimed, “This is my new favorite clip of Taylor from the tour.”

Another comment expressed by viewers was that the moment got them “so excited” for Reputation (Taylor’s Version).

The song is one of many on Reputation, including “Look What You Made Me Do,” that subtly alludes to Swift’s well-publicized beef with Kanye West and Kim Kardashian. The war of words, which began in 2009, erupted spectacularly in 2016.

Another surprise came on Saturday’s performance when Swift invited Haim to the stage to perform “No Body, No Crime,” a song from her Evermore album, live for the first time.

Currently, the group is Swift’s opening act for the remaining North American dates of her Eras Tour.

Alana, Este, and Danielle Haim, three sisters who have known Swift for a very long time, were recently pictured with her and Selena Gomez celebrating the Fourth of July.

All summer long, Swift’s Eras Tour has garnered media attention, in large part due to the several famous Swifties who attended.

In a recent interview with ET, Miles Teller and Aaron Rodgers discussed the NFL player’s memorable dancing moment at her May stop in New Jersey.

Rodgers can be seen dancing and singing along to Swift’s smash song from her 1989 album, “Style,” in a video that was shared on social media during the performance.

When questioned if he anticipated that his actions would garner so much attention, Rodgers replied, “I didn’t. But I’m very proud of my dancing skills finally being on display, and I’m unabashedly a super fan.”
