Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban expand lavish Australian property portfolio to $27.5million with latest purchase!

The Oscar-winning actress Nicole Kidman and her husband, the supreme star of country music Keith Urban, have been making waves in the world of real estate.

The pair, who reside in Nashville, Tennessee, have an expanding global real estate portfolio.

One of their most prominent projects is in Milsons Point, a charming harborside neighborhood in Sydney.

Despite having its headquarters in Nashville, they have strong ties to Australia, and as a result, their investment in Sydney’s real estate market has reached incredible heights.

Their most recent purchase, a lavish three-bedroom apartment located on level 15 of the iconic Latitude building, brought their total investment in just one structure to an amazing $27.5 million.

This purchase, which is located on Sydney’s lower north shore just a short distance from Kidman’s mother’s house, strengthens their ties to the area.

However, they don’t only regularly include the Latitude building in their portfolio. The couple’s crowning achievement is a penthouse there, which they paid $6 million for from businessman Mark Bouris back in 2009.

Later, in 2012, they combined this with a nearby $7 million flat to create a lavish super-spread that serves as their exclusive retreat when they visit Sydney.

The couple’s interest in Sydney real estate is evident and expanding as seen by their recent purchases of three further flats for $2.68 million, $2.78 million, and $1.35 million.

The couple’s expertise in real estate, however, goes beyond the borders of Australia. They bought their 36-acre country estate in Franklin, Tennessee, not long after getting married in 2006.

The $2.45 million red-brick main house, separate guest cottage, and long road through forested terrain leading up to the main residence are all elements of this incredibly private property.

After two years on the market, the couple ultimately sold the house in 2018 for $2.7 million.

The same year, they expanded their portfolio with a more opulent home: a $3.47 million mansion in Nashville’s exclusive Northumberland gated neighborhood.

The 10,925 square foot main house on this two-acre estate, which is known as the Queen of Northumberland, has seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, two half baths, a home cinema, a 30-foot-long leisure room, and large common areas that are ideal for entertaining.

Tennis courts and a sizable swimming pool are among the attractions on the beautifully landscaped grounds.

This is where the pair resides on a permanent basis.

The same year, the couple expanded their real estate business to the West Coast by investing $4.7 million on a modern house in Los Angeles’ fabled Beverly Hills Post Office district.

This 3,977 square foot house is mostly made of stone and concrete, with a flat top roof, a wraparound deck on the second story, and shaded patio areas for taking in the warm weather.

The first property they bought in Australia was a basic farm called Bunya Hill near Sutton Forest, New South Wales. The setting for Nicole’s interview with Vogue was this 110-acre estate with a Georgian home constructed in 1878.

Fans were able to get a rare glance inside the famously reclusive couple’s home thanks to the actor’s quick tour of the location.

They have a lavish condo in New York City’s West Chelsea that they paid $10 million for back home. The Sky Garage, a futuristic car elevator that transports vehicles to parking spaces on the 10th floor, and the property’s strong security are its two most notable features.

This apartment offers not just luxury but also the comfort and seclusion of a suburban house right in the midst of the city. It has three bedrooms, two patios, and an outstanding double-height living room with a 23-foot cathedral ceiling.

The couple also diversified their assets in the early months of the pandemic since they never miss a real estate opportunity.

For $3.5 million, they bought a two-bedroom pied-à-terre in Manhattan’s Tribeca district.

This apartment, designed by McKim, Mead, and White and located in a landmarked structure, has separate entrances, arched windows, wide-plank oak floors, tall ceilings, and huge windows that let in plenty of natural light, making it the ideal choice for a couple who are wary of the paparazzi.

The real estate portfolio of Nicole and Keith is as outstanding and diverse as their individual professional backgrounds.

Their investments showcase not only their financial prowess but also their unique histories, passions, and yearning for cozy, private residences.

In 2018, Nicole commented on Keith and her, “Keith and I are very good at immediately clicking off because we have a really good life in Nashville that’s very simple, quiet, and nourishing because we’ve made it like that.”

Truly a diverse real estate portfolio. Amazing properties, Nicole and Keith. Do you know of any interesting celebrity properties? Comment them down below. Bye now!
